How can I place an order?

How do I make changes to my order?
Your order is shipped very soon after your order is placed (usually in less than 24 hours). We are happy to make any changes you would like if your order has not yet processed for shipping. Please call 877-750-1188 as soon as possible and we’ll do whatever we can to help.
Why is my source code/promotion code important?
Codes are linked to many of our promotions. To qualify for code driven promotions, the code must be applied to the order during checkout. (Only one code may be redeemed per order)
Why is my source code/promotion code not working?
If the promotion you were expecting did not apply to your order, please verify that your promotion code has not expired and your order meets the required qualifications. (Only one source code may be redeemed per order)
Do you offer gift certificates?

How are backorders handled?
You are not charged for the product until it ships when we backorder a product. You will not incur any additional shipping charges if a backorder item is shipped separately from the rest of your order.
What is your Return policy?
If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your item simply return or exchange it. You will be given an even exchange or credited back the purchase price of the item. Item must be in as purchased condition with original Fishouflage Packing slip.

How long will it take to get my credit?
Customer Service processes returns in the order they are received. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to appear on your account.
I do not have any paperwork from my order, what do I do?
No need to worry, simply log in to your account on fishouflage.com and print off a copy of your order. You can also call us at (877) 750-1188 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the name on the order and shipping address.

How is my gift return handled?
We try to respect your privacy. All gift returns are handled confidentially. That is why it is very important to specify when a gift is being returned, so we know not to reach out to the original purchaser.
Where is my order?
Orders ship in 24-48 hours after being placed. Tracking information for your order will be included in your Shipping Confirmation email. Or, you can always review up-to-the-minute progress of your order by selecting Order Status/Tracking from the Customer Service Menu.

How will I know when my order ships?

Do you ship to Canada?
We currently ship to Canada; delivery averages 3 to 7 business days to most destinations. Remote locations may require additional transit time.
