How do I order?
You can place your order here on our website www.fishouflage.com, or by calling toll-free (877) 750-1188 from 8am to 4pm (CST). From Canada and Remote Alaska, please call (920) 779-3400.
How do I change my order?
If you’d like to change your order, please call (877) 750-1188 as soon as possible and we’ll do whatever we can to help. Orders are shipped promptly after your order is placed (usually in a few hours), but we are certainly happy to make any changes we can if your order has not yet processed for shipping.
What are Codes/Promo Codes?
Occasionally, a special offer requires a code to be entered at checkout to receive the promotion. Simply enter the code in your Cart or during Checkout and the offer to be applied. Please note, only one code may be redeemed per order.
Do you offer gift certificates?
We do not offer Gift Certificates at this time.
What is your Return policy?
We have a 100% Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, simply return it to us for a refund or exchange. Return/exchange items must be in as purchased condition. While original shipping fees are non-refundable, however if merchandise arrives damaged or the improper item was shipped, please call (877) 750-1188 for special instructions.

When will I receive my Return Credit?
Customer Service processes returns quickly in the order they are received. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return credit to appear on your account.
Gift Return or No Paperwork?
Please give us a call at (877) 750-1188 or email us at customerservice@fishouflage.com. Or, if you have an account with us here on www.fishouflage.com, you can login and print out a copy of your order to include with your return merchandise.
Where is my Order?
Most orders placed weekdays by 3pm CST ship same day! Tracking information for your order will be included in your Shipping Confirmation email.
Do you ship to Canada?
We are pleased to offer shipping to Canada. Any applicable duties/taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Your order will ship from our location in Wisconsin via USPS and transfer to Canada Post for final delivery (typically expect about 2 weeks in transit).
Sponsorships & Donations
As you might imagine, we receive (literally) hundreds of sponsorship and donation requests each year from individuals, teams, professionals, fishing clubs and tournament events. We truly wish we could support them all, but at this time we’re just a small (growing) family business ourselves. We do believe strongly in the importance of everyone working together to protect and preserve our fisheries, and annually donate a percentage of our sales to grass-roots habitat conservation efforts.
